Our 2008 Klamath Basin Home Builders Association Home Show will be held on March 7^th, 8^th, and 9^th at the Klamath County Faigrounds Event Center.

Exhibitors who exhibited at the 2007 Home Show have received first priority for space. The booth map shows what spaces are available at the time it was downloaded onto our website—please call for the most up-to-date availability.

KBHBA has found the fairest way to allot spaces if more than one vendor has requested the same space on the same day. (Which does not happen often, thank goodness!) The space will be allocated as below:

-1^st Priority will go to a KBHBA Member who is a prior exhibitor and by booth size, i.e. they request A1 & A2 as a 10x20 booth instead of A1 as a 10x10 booth.

-2^nd Priority will go to a KBHBA Member who is not a prior exhibitor and by booth size.

-3^rd Priority will go to a Non-KBHBA Member who is a prior exhibitor and by booth size.

-4^th Priority will go to a Non-KBHBA Member who is not a prior exhibitor and by booth size.

In case more than one exhibitor wants the same space and they are the same priority we will give priority to the exhibitor who has been a KBHBA member longest. If at that point everything is equal the businesses requesting the space will go into a drawing and we will choose one of them.

As in past years the Home Builders Association has arranged for the following advertising for the Home Show: Local Television Advertising; Local Radio Advertising with Radio Remotes; Herald and News Special Edition; Window Posters and a Banner across Main Street.

We will have programs during the home show for the general public. If you have a program you would like to present please notify the office to see if it will be appropriate. We request that information on your program be presented in writing for submission to the KBHBA Board of Directors for approval. We do require any company that has a program during the Home Show to have a booth at the show so that the public can contact the exhibitor with any questions following their presentation(s).
