A Foreclosure Prevention & Assistance Plan
It is terrible to Lose a home, but tragic to Lose a family.
Klamath Basin Home Builders Association, Pacific Crest Federal Credit Union,
Rogue Federal Credit Union, and News Watch 12, are actively working to help
with the current housing situation.
Our goal is to provide support to families and individuals who are near orin the
process of experiencing the loss of their home through foreclosure or bankruptcy
through a series of three seminars. We suggest attending all three sessions,
but you can choose any of the three. To register please call 1-800-856-7328.
Please see the attached documents for the dates. The seminars are being held at
Pacific Crest FCU's annex building (located behind the Main Branch) at 2972
Washburn Way. The times are 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm. in value during the next two
years.
We are also offering FREE Personal & Family Counseling for those going through
foreclosure.
