Thank you for your interest in the KBHBA 2010 Home & Garden
Show! To reserve
your space you must send us a completed Exhibitor Application and a check
for the deposit of at least 50% of the cost of your space. KBHBA members are
now given first priority on reservations. Please review the terms &
conditions, page 3 for the changes on how we will handle reservations from
non-members. If you are a member of another Home Builder Association we will
honor that membership as though it were KBHBA's for your reservation-but not
for the discount.
Here are some reminders on our show:
We charge admission of $3.00 per person. Anyone 16 years and younger will be
free. With a can of food admission is only $2.00.
We allow vendors to sell products from their booths. Be sure and read item
#7 in the Terms & Conditions for all the details.
No space will be held without a Deposit and a signed Exhibitor Application -
No Exceptions!
If we do not hear from you by Tuesday, December 15, 2009 your space will be
open to all other exhibitors on Wednesday, December 16, 2009.
If you wish to change locations it is suggested that you pay for and reserve
your current space and attach a note to your application telling us what
size space you would like and where you would like it. Mark your calendar to
call the office at 884-8570 on or after December 15th to find out what
spaces are available.
FYI for your calendars: We are going to schedule some of the large &
involved exhibitors that want to set up early for Wednesday, March 3, 2010.
You can also begin setting up on Thursday, March 4, 2010 at 2:00 p.m.
We have rented the building for Monday following the show again. If you
would like to remove your exhibit on Monday, March 9, 2010 you can do so by
noting on your Exhibitor Application. If you choose to remove your exhibit
on Monday we need you to move items away from the drapes so that they and
any electrical cords can be removed following the close of the show on
Sunday, March 8, 2010.
Remember - in order to give you first priority for your space, we must
receive your Exhibitor Application and a Deposit of at least 50% of the cost
of your space by Tuesday, December 15, 2009.
No exceptions can be made on this rule!
