Klamath Basin Home Builders Association – 2009 Home Show The Event Center at Klamath County Fairgrounds March 6-7-8, 2009 The Klamath Basin Home Builders Association (KBHBA) Home Show will be held on March 6-7-8, 2009 at The Event Center at the Klamath County Fairgrounds in Klamath Falls, Oregon. Below are the booth options for the 2009 Home Show. As a KBHBA member and previous vendor you have the first option to reserve the same space as last year. You must send in your application and the 50% deposit by November 1, 2008 for this option. If you want a different space for 2009, please follow the instructions in the cover letter. KBHBA reserves the right to change the booth locations and/or drapery walls for the good of the overall show. On Concrete Floor – Space numbers 1 thru 47: -Booths will have drapes 8’ in back and 8’ on sides . -Vendors can place walls inside the drapes if required for their exhibit. ~If your space is over 20x20 or not listed above~please call KBHBA for pricing~ Tabletop Spaces (On Concrete)-Space numbers T-1 thru T-18: There are no discounts on these spaces. There are no drapes on these booths.
Dirt Floor Arena- Space D-1 through D-82: -Spaces D-70 through D-81 will have drapes – 3’ in back and 3’ on sides. -All other areas will have drapes 8’ in back and 3’ on sides (this is new for this year!) -Vendors can place walls inside the drapes if required for their exhibit. -Corner booths will be open on 2 sides unless it works better with open on all three sides-depends on location of the booth. Large vehicles and/or large trailers will only be allowed when they fit completely in your booth. Space Size Pricing KBHBA Member Discount Early Pay Discount if paid in full by 12/31/2008
~If your space is over 30x40 or not listed above~please call KBHBA for pricing~ Larger space is available-call the KBHBA Office for a price quote. Outside booth space and display of vehicles There will be booth space available outside and on the east side of the event center under the covered area. Please contact the office if you are interested in either area for pricing and sizes. If you are a paid vendor at the Home Show you may display your company vehicles at $150 for the first vehicle and $75 for each additional vehicle. If you are NOT a paid vendor at the Home Show you may still display your company vehicles at $200 for the first vehicle and $100 for each additional vehicle. FYI--Some spaces required to be 10’x15’, 20'x 20', or 20’x40’ but most will be sold in increments of 10'x 10'. |
