- "The Mitre Box Membership Directory" is updated and printed two
times a year with free listings for all members by name and business
category. Only members may purchase the additional advertising in this
directory.
- Promote your business - Have a product or service to share with the
membership of KBHBA? Call the KBHBA office to set up a table at the next
monthly membership meeting. The only thing we ask for this benefit is a
door prize donation for that night's drawing. You can sit at your table
during the social hour to share your information with the members.
- Lobbying on the State and National Levels by our very own lobbyists
looking out for your best interests and that of small businesses.
- Home Show - Discounts are available to members who participate in
this Klamath Basin annual event. The show is held every March. The 2008
dates are March 7-8-9, 2008.
- Website - Members may purchase advertising on the home page. Links
are available to member's websites at no charge. Check us out at

- KBHBA Monthly Newsletter - Our newsletter is published September
through May (we take the busy summer off). Print your own insert and we
can place it in our newsletter for a small fee - or if you have
information of value to share with the membership - contact Kristin for
more details on either of these. Also included is information direct
from OHBA. Our newsletter is mailed to over 300 people - get your
information out there!

which is slated for January 2008. Advertising is available to members by
calling Jenn Smith at OHBA at 1-503-378-9066.
- S.A.I.F. Insurance Group Worker's Compensation - This Safety
Incentive Plan, gives members a 8% discount if they qualify for the HBA
Group at their next plan renewal. Contact SAIF or your agent to let them
know you are a member of KBHBA to see if you can qualify.
- Workers' Compensation Plans for qualified members through
Oregon Contractors Workers' Compensation Trust with services
provided through Empire Pacific Risk Management, Inc. For
additional information please call 1-877-535-0888.
- Group Medical Insurance offered through BIAW Trust of
Washington for our members with 3 or more employees with very
competitive rates: Insurance is through Regence Blue Shield. Call the
KBHBA office for more information and the phone number to call for
quotes.
- Safety Consultant Services provided to members participating
in HBA Group Workers' Compensation plans.
- Monthly Safety Committee meetings are held prior to our
monthly membership meeting. These are available to all members of KBHBA.

- Group Supplemental Cancer and/or Intensive Care policy at group
rates through AFLAC. Call Mick Insurance for details at 882-6476.
- Education - CCB Education Course available through home study
books. These can be purchased at our office.
