FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE KBHBA Scholarship Awards - May 2008August 9, 2008 Each year the Klamath Basin Home Builders Association assists two (2) students who have goals to have a career in the construction trades with a $750.00 scholarship who are attending a college or trade school. The scholarship awards of $750.00 each were presented to Max Fletcher, 2008 Henley graduate and Seve Picard, 2002 Henley graduate in May of 2008. Seve Picard is presently attending and enrolled at ITT in Portland, Oregon pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering. Since his high school graduation he has been working in the construction industry in Klamath Falls and plans to return to Klamath Falls upon completing his education. Max Fletcher will be enrolling in the fall of 2008 in the construction and building finishers program at College of Eastern Utah located in Price, Utah. Max is already running his own business called “Economy Movers” and plans to return to Klamath Falls when he completes his education. The Klamath Basin Home Builders Association would like to thank all of its members and community support in our fundraising efforts to fund these scholarships.
