Dick Lowell, principal owner of Westbrook Homes NW has over 30 years of real estate experience.  He started as a construction laborer in high school for his father’s business, Lowell Homes, in Portland, Oregon.  He spent nineteen as a corporate officer of a financial institution, involved in appraising, lending, land development, remodeling and new construction in Portland and the Puget Sound area, where he also built homes as Lowell Homes, Inc.  In 1999 Oregon beckoned and Westbrook Homes was born.  Education is an important aspect of quality construction and Westbrook Homes supports a strong educational commitment to our staff.  Lyle Bush is a Certified Residential Construction Superintendent and Certified Aging in Place Specialist.  Dick and Lyle both hold Certified Master Builder designations.
